Meditation

          Meditation means yoga was first developed in India before very very long time ago. It has been doing continuously from 5000 to 3500 BCE. It is done by seated with good posture and closed eyes.
          The written records had been seen in the Vedas around 1500 BCE about Meditation. The tradition of Guru and Shishya had been around for ages where students were sent to Gurukulas located in the forest. It was and is the integral part of the knowledge.
          Around 6th to 5th century BCE it was developed in China by Buddhist. Today it is spread in all over the world and celebrated as World Meditation Day on 21st june every year since 2015. This day has been declared by UNO General Assembly by requesting our honourable Prime Minister honourable prime minister Mr. Modi on 27th September 2014. About all the countries in the world accepted the advice and positively follow the path of Indian Yoga to become healthy and disease free life.
          There are many benefits of meditation. They are:-
1) It flushes out the cancer causing radiofrequency electromagnetic waves accumulated in the brain and body.
2) It provides stable physiological base to control diabetes, heart problems and blood pressure. 
3) It reduces pen, sorrow, frustration and anger.
4) It improves concentration and positive thinkings. 
5) It eliminates tensions, pressures and stress. 
6) It increases stability, adaptability and flexibility. 
7) It prevents to do suicide. 
8) It gives Physical health and tension free life. 
9) It increases calmness of mind. 
10) It reduces irritation and gives many more benefits. 
          So we should all do meditation daily in the morning and get the benefits for healthy and wealthy life.
